With over 30 years of sporting experience and more than 20 years dedicated to endurance sports, I am a passionate triathlon coach committed to empowering athletes of all levels to reach their goals. As an avid triathlete, my most notable achievement is competing in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, along with multiple Ironman, 70.3, and Olympic-distance races. These experiences have provided me invaluable insights into the challenges and victories of training.

I hold several certifications, including British Triathlon Coach, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Coach. My coaching philosophy is personalized and holistic, focusing on both physical conditioning and mental resilience. I am actively pursuing my British Triathlon Performance Coach designation and have gained valuable knowledge under the mentorship of esteemed triathlon coach Brett Sutton, who has coached several Ironman World Champions. Additionally, my experience with Head Coach Neil Scholes allows me to leverage insights from some of the top coaches in the sport.

I believe every athlete has unique strengths and areas for growth. By collaborating closely with my athletes, I create tailored training plans that foster development, build confidence, and enhance the enjoyment of triathlon.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring new bike routes, swimming in local lakes, or cheering on athletes at competitions. I’m excited to help you elevate your triathlon journey to the next level!
